We were very pleased to find you, and so close to the wedding venue we were attending. Even more so when we booked in on the day as the rooms were very spacious with every amenity you could ever want. A modern bright stylish interior,very clean and ready for us when we arrived,with your own parking space. If we were in the area again, we wouldn’t think twice about booking. Thankyou for having us.

This is an ideal location to stay with local amenities like shops banks and places to eat within easy reach and in a beautiful location.

A beautifully appointed, comfortable apartment. Advertised as a B&B, but it’s more than that. The rooms are tastefully designed in a Scandinavian style with everything that you’d expect and more! Sally and her husband have gone out of their way to ensure their guests find nothing lacking. I have no hesitation in recommending 1 Abbey Lane.

If you happen to be invited to a function at Warwick House, then it’s just across the road and no 1 is perfectly placed!

What can we say about this place, WOW,, what a amazing place, could not believe how big, spacious and above all comfy, even though we were only there for one night, due to going to nephew’s wedding over at Warwick house. It was certainly well worth the cost. Host Sally is a lovely lady. We would definitely recommend their place to stay to anyone.

if you are staying on a Sunday, dinner will be a takeaway haha. All good restaurants in the area are shut on Sunday evening as per the norm. also dont bother bringing shampoo or conditioner here. the stuff provided is top class! loved it!

Very friendly and extremely accommodating. All facilities required were within the room. We loved the finishing touches, lovely soaps, breakfast, beautiful clean towels which makes your stay more enjoyable.

One Abbey Lane was the perfect location for me and my Bridesmaids, as I got married at Warwick House. The apartment layout was fantastic and worked so well for the dynamics of our trip. I loved the gorgeous l’occtaine toiletries, and the delicious breakfast. They were so accommodating too, as unbeknown to me, my friends had snuck in and decorated the apartment, with the help of the owner. Seamless!

I was here during lockdown for work but had I been visiting the area as a holiday it was clear there where an abundance of things to see and do within a few miles. Highly recommnded pubs and resataurants within a few miles of Southam and only a short drive to lovely Leamington Spa and Stratford Upon Avon.

So very friendly and we had high hopes as this had been a recommendation. What a delight. Gorgeous facility and luxury. Immaculately clean and everything you could possibly need for a short stay. Easy to find, private parking and convenient for town. Will definitely definitely stay again. Loved it

We like the Bowling Green pub, food and service are excellent at a very reasonable price. The Balti House in Southam is also very welcoming and does lovely food. The Crown does an excellent breakfast and the team in there are very accommodating

Excellent property to stay in. The room/apartment makes you feel at home. I was working in Southam it was nice to come back to a lovely place at the end of the day. Room was well stocked with essentials for breakfast.

The current circumstances around the UK with Covid restricted me from being able to use any of local facilities but i had a walk around the area. Co-Op just a two minute walk up the road and a Tesco only a 5 minute drive.

Sally was so welcoming when visiting one abbey lane. Me and my sister stayed here the night before my wedding at Warwick house, so the location was absolutely perfect. An absolutely stunning apartment beautifully laid out and with all the mod cons. With its own private parking space and within a stone’s throw of all the local amenities. We were greeted by the lovely Sally, who gave us a friendly tour of the place and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely recommend this to our friends.

Unfortunately we came for a funeral but having spend the afternoon at the Bowling Green pub for the wake, I can definitely recommend it.

Ideally located as I was attending a wedding in Warwick house and it was just a 2 min walk. Abbey lane is also a great place to stay if you were staying for longer periods as it is a self contained apartment and the owners have thought if everything , they even have designer toiletries to use

One of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed at, anywhere in the world. It is so bright, airy and spacious and Sally is incredibly accommodating. I don’t think the pictures do this place justice. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a wedding at Warwick House the next day which was in eyesight of the location, but nearby there is cafes, a local pub and shops a lovely village location.

Received very warm welcome and were shown around the apartment and all of the facilities available by Sally. Excellent value for money, very spacious and comfortable accommodation which matched the description and gallery pictures on the website. There was nothing that we wanted for as all provided including excellent continental breakfast.

As we were attending a wedding at Warwick House the apartment is in an ideal location as only 2 minute walk. Although we didn’t use any of the local restaurants there were plenty of variety in the village and also plenty of places to visit and activities to partake in if staying longer. Ideal location if visiting surrounding area and towns as very good road links.

If anyone was staying for more than 2 nights, the breakfast might be a little samey – BUT for our 1 night it was absolutely great.

Didn’t stay for tourist purposes. If you are attending a wedding at Warwick House it is absolutely perfect. In fact, from what we heard, it is probably better than the accommodation at Warwick House!!!

Stuart met us with a super friendly welcome. The apartment was like home from home with everything we needed. While we were at a wedding in the venue opposite we had a delivery of fresh croissants and bread which were amazing. The bed is so comfy we had a fabulous night sleep, just a lovely experience.

I stayed here with 2 of my bridesmaids the day before my wedding at Warwick House. The flat was absolutely perfect, it was very modern with a homely feel. It is spacious for all guests and has all the basics you need. There was a lovely selection for breakfast as well.

“The accommodation is gorgeously decorated and equipped to a high standard. With your own private drive and entrance, you need not encounter your hosts at all after collecting the keys.
